Refund Policy

At PADH English, we strive to deliver high-quality educational services and a satisfying learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. General Policy

All purchases made for courses, programs, subscriptions, or services offered by PADH English are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances mentioned below.

By enrolling in any course, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • Course Not Accessible: If you have paid but are unable to access the course due to a technical issue from our side, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
  • Course Cancelled by PADH English: If PADH English cancels a course or batch, you will be eligible for a full refund of the fees paid for that course.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after enrolling in a course
  • If you do not attend classes or do not complete the course
  • If you are dissatisfied with the course content, teaching style, or pace of learning after the course has started
  • If the course has already been accessed, started, or partially completed
  • If the purchase was made under a promotional offer, discount, or special pricing (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (only if eligible as per this policy), you must:

  • Send an email to: padhglobal@gmail.com
  • Mention your full name, registered phone number/email, course name, payment date, and transaction ID
  • Clearly state the reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed, and PADH English reserves the right to approve or reject the request based on this policy.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Any payment gateway or bank charges, if applicable, may be deducted

6. Taxes (GST) and Fees

  • If GST or any other tax was included in the course fee, the refund (if approved) will be processed as per applicable tax laws.
  • PADH English reserves the right to adjust taxes, payment gateway fees, or administrative charges where applicable.

7. Policy Updates

PADH English reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will always be applicable and binding.

This Refund Policy is governed by applicable Indian laws.
